Due to the high-intensive DDoS attack to BTC.com pool during the period from 04:37 to 06:50 on the morning of September 2, 2019, Beijing time, the cloud service of some servers was interrupted, and the workers were intermittently dropped line. The mining service of the currencies affected are as follows:
CN: BEAM/DCR/ETH/ETC/GRIN/LTC (Note:BTC/BCH/UBTC are not affected)
SZ: BEAM/ETH/ETC/GRIN/LTC (Note:BTC/BCH mining are not affected)
US: Full currencies
EU: Full currencies
Note:VIP line users and the currencies not listed as above are not affected.
BTC.com staff collaborated with the cloud service provider in working on the solutions once they’d received the attack alert, and the mining service was resumed at 06:50 this morning. In order to protect users with normal takings, we will use the maximum income per hour from 01:00 to 09:00 as the theoretical data, deduct the actual income during the period from 04:00 to 07:00, and issue the difference as compensation income in the following one week.
At present, the servers have been deployed with higher level and more comprehensive defense to against the attack, please feel free to mine as usual.
